Irrespective of what the screaming gasbags in the MSM are saying, this election IS NOT a horserace.  This thing is OVER.  As much as the MSM want to keep us anxious, on the edge of our seats for their ratings, the truth is OBAMA HAS WON THE ELECTION ALREADY.  I know many of you will encourage caution because of the dirty tricks the Republicans have practiced in the past, that the election is still four months away, and anything can happen, and Bush can pull something out of his ass to throw this election.  But, if you take an unemotional look at the political landscape, if you have a look at the polls, and if you talk to everyday people, THIS THING IS REALLY OVER.  

Let's Choose Our Own President This Time!

Watching the parade of "less than optimal" candidates strutting before us, it inspired me to think of ways to change our current situation.  Why is big business, special interests, and political parties choosing our Presidential candidates for us?  Does that really serve our interests?  I think not!

So, I propose we change things so that it DOES work for us.  We demonstrated our power, our voice, and our will on November 7, 2006.  Let's take our country back in 2008.  I welcome your thoughts on this subject matter.

I was watching MSNBC just a few minutes ago.  An alleged CIA Operative was interviewed by Alison Sacks, (sp) and asked for his views about terrorism, our elections, and national security.

I have read many diaries of late, expressing the fact that all of us are under tremendous stress, because the stakes are so high.

I read a wonderful book assigned to me by my Philosophy Professor, and this passage really helps me to calmly focus during stressful times. I would like to pass this on to all of you in the hopes that it will help you to feel better, more focused, and more relaxed. Remember to think, stay in the moment, concentrate, and never lose sight of what we are trying to accomplish.

I agree that the mockudrama "Path to 9/11" deserves our scorn, an absolute boycott of ABC/Disney, and discussion. It does deserve our attention, just not ALL of our attention.  Remember the administration we are trying to protect ourselves from?  They are still working hard against us.  In every way, every single day.

However, the question arises "are we being played by the Rove/Bush/Cheney machine to take our attention off of what they are doing now behind the scenes"?

 

Throughout history, there was never a shortage of courageous men and women in America.  In the perilous times of the present, those heroes stand taller, shine brighter, and they are an example that we must never give up and we must never lose faith.  

Keith Olbermann reminds Americans every day, who we are and what we stand for.  He reminds us of our duty as Americans, to stay strong, hold fast to the truth, never cower in the face of danger, and to speak the truth to power.

You'll never guess who "might have received a call from George W!  It is none other than our "help the Republicans get re-elected so they won't spread their freedom loving brand of democracy here,"  the King of Saudi Arabia.

Whoever predicted our oil prices would begin to drop before the mid-term elections was absolutely RIGHT.

Recently, I read an article about the Wanta Plan money.  I contacted the New York Times, CNN Atlanta, the Los Angeles Times, and the Orange County Register and asked reporters to investigate and to write about this story.  Nothing ever appeared in any of the newspapers or on television.

I wrote a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein and asked her about the Wanta Plan money.  I have not received a reply from Senator Feinstein to date.  I have written Senator Feinstein about other issues and she has responded to me, but she has not responded to my letter about the Wanta Plan money.  

I hope that reading this article will inspire you to ask what happened to the 4.5 trillion dollars that was held in trust for the American people until July 31, 2006.  Afterall, we have every right to question where OUR money is, and we need the money now.

The mental decline of George Bush over the past decade is STUNNING.  Ten years ago, Bush was a good debator. Bush appeared intelligent, verbally agile, and engaged mentally. Recently, I viewed a comparison of the George W. Bush of ten years ago, to the George W. Bush of today.  The comparison leaves no doubt to the viewer that something is seriously wrong with George W. Bush.

I have thought about this many times over the course of the past several months.  What would I do if Bush is successful in the ultimate coup? More importantly, what would Americans do if Bush declared martial law, suspends elections, and declares himself the de facto dictator of America? Would we cower or would we fight? How, as Americans would we usurp a dicator?

What, in your opinion, do you think our elected officials would do if Bush were to declare himself a dictator?  Which elected officials would try to stop it?  How would they try to stop it?  What do you think they would do?

What would the media do if Bush were to claim the ultimate power grab?  Would they cower as they have been or would this be their ultimate "wake up call?"

How long do you think it would take to usurp the dictator? Days? Months? Years?  How would we be successful in taking our country back after such an assault?  

The reason I am asking this is because there has been very little dialogue on this subject, and I think it needs to be addressed.  What are your thoughts, America?
